§ 13-198. Fees.

Permits, licenses or certificates generally. No person shall operate an on-site sewage facility without a valid permit issued by the regulatory authority. Permit fees are nonrefundable.
(1)

A permit application for installation or modification of an on-site system is one hundred dollars ($100.00).

(2)

Inspection of an on-site system is one hundred dollars ($100.00).

(3)

The on-site wastewater research council fee required by the state regulatory authority is ten dollars ($10.00).
