§ 13-301. Scope of article.

The provisions of this article shall apply to all wells located within Grand Prairie city limits and in the extra territorial jurisdiction (ETJ), at any location within a radius of one thousand (1,000) feet of the city, and all underground storage tanks located within Grand Prairie city limits.
