§ 13-333. Tire storage.

(a)

The outside storage of tires, without wheels or other inserts, in areas subject to possible exposure to rain, irrigation, or any other source of water is prohibited.

(b)

All used/scrapped tires shall be discarded in accordance with state regulations. The owner or occupant must maintain manifests for proper tire disposal on-site as required by the State of Texas.
