§ 13-336. Right of entry/complaint investigation.

  • The regulatory authority shall have the right of entry upon any premises where entry is necessary to carry out the provisions of this article; to enter the premises of any person to determine whether that person is in compliance with all requirements of this article. However, if an imminent health hazard exists, no warrant is required for entry upon the premises. Where security measures are in force requiring proper identification and clearance before entry into the premises, that person shall make necessary arrangements with its security guards so that, upon presentation of suitable identification, the regulatory authority will be permitted to enter without delay.
