§ 13-368. Hauled wastewater.

(a)

Septage waste may be introduced into the POTW only at locations designated by the regulatory authority and at such times as are established by the regulatory authority. Such waste shall not violate sections 13-358 through 13-363 of this article or any other requirements established by the city. The regulatory authority may require septage waste haulers to obtain wastewater discharge permits.

(b)

Septage waste haulers must comply with the city's liquid waste hauling ordinance.
