§ 13-544. Automotive salvage—Causes for revocation and suspension.

  • The code enforcement manager may revoke or suspend the license of any automotive salvage dealer at any time upon its finding, after report by the fire chief, the environmental health manager, code enforcement officer, water quality manager, or chief of police, that:

    (a)

    The automotive salvage dealer has failed to comply with the provisions of this article of any provisions of the national, state or local laws or ordinances applicable to the premises, equipment or operation of the licensed business;

    (b)

    The licensee has obtained such license through any fraud or misstatement;

    (c)

    The licensed business or activity is being conducted in a manner detrimental to the health, safety or general welfare of the public, or is a nuisance, or is being operated or carried on in any unlawful manner; or

    (d)

    The licensed business or activity is no longer being carried on or operated.
