§ 17-67. Penalty.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this article or the Code of Ordinances, as hereby amended, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction in the Municipal Court of the City of Grand Prairie, Texas shall be subject to a fine not to exceed the sum of five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense and every day such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense. A violation under this section is defined as any of these provisions including, but not limited to, not having a permit, failure to pay penalty or failure to turn over a suspended permit.
