§ 18-14. Swimming.

Latest version.

No person in any park shall:
(1)

Swim, bathe, or wade in any water or waterway in or adjacent to any park, except in designated in accordance with the terms of this chapter and the regulations.

(2)

Swim, bathe, or wade except during those hours established for such activities.

(3)

Dive or jump from bridges or other structures which cross the project waters or reservoir.
