§ 18-28. Fees for use of public buildings, swimming pools and park facilities.

(a)

Fees shall be set in accordance with policies as approved by the city council.

(b)

Any person or persons occupying park space or using such facilities where that occupancy or use requires a fee but where said fee has not been paid shall be considered to be trespassing.
