Chapter 22. SEXUALLY ORIENTED BUSINESSES

§ 22-12. Location.

(a)

A sexually oriented business may not locate within the city except within a planned development district which allows the use classification of a sexually oriented businesses.

(b)

A person commits an offense if he causes or permits the operation, establishment, or maintenance of more than one (1) sexually oriented business in the same building, structure, or portion thereof containing another sexually oriented business.
