Chapter 22. SEXUALLY ORIENTED BUSINESSES

§ 22-7. Adult motion picture theaters.

(a)

All city codes and requirements for theaters remain applicable to adult motion picture theaters.

(b)

A person commits an offense if he knowingly allows a person under the age of eighteen (18) years to appear in a state of nudity in or on the premises of an adult motion picture theater.

(c)

A person under the age of eighteen (18) years commits an offense if he knowingly appears in a state of nudity in or on the premises of an adult motion picture theater.
