§ 26-160. Essential services.

The governmental use of water for essential services such as police, fire, water system flushing by city personnel and other emergency services which are necessary to preserve or protect the health, safety and welfare of the citizens of Grand Prairie are exempt from any and all restrictions or mandates set forth in this article.
