§ 6-45. Public use areas.

The following areas at the airport shall be public use areas made available for the non-exclusive, common use of airport tenants and the aviation public at large; which use is subject to airport rules and regulations and under the control of the airport director:
(1)

The concrete ramp area immediately to the west of and adjoining the airport terminal building at or adjacent to 3114 South Great Southwest Parkway, said ramp area having the dimensions of one hundred seventy-five (175) feet by two hundred ten (210) feet and consisting of an area approximately thirty-six thousand seven hundred fifty (36,750) square feet.

The men's and women's rest rooms in the airport terminal building at or adjacent to 3114 South Great Southwest Parkway, and all access approaches thereto.

All designated runway areas at the airport.

(4)

All designated taxiway areas at the airport.

(5)

All sidewalks at the airport.

(6)

All designated automobile parking areas at the airport terminal.
