§ 7-31. Punishment for violation.

In addition to being subject to revocation of license, any person constructing or installing any wiring or maintaining any wiring without a permit and without qualifying as an electrician in violation of any of the provisions of this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and each day such violation exists shall be deemed a separate offense; upon conviction thereof, such person shall be fined as provided in section 1-8.
