§ 7-165. Same—Successive permits.

It shall be permissible for an applicant having an excavation permit to apply for successive permits upon land in the same or adjoining tracts as the first and to have such bond as was posted in connection with the original application applied to such successive applications and permits, if the bond is sufficient in form and amount to cover the area for which the succeeding excavation permit is sought; but in order for successive permits to issue without posting additional bond, the director of public works shall first determine that the land covered by the original permit and bond has been restored in compliance with this Code.
