§ 17-57. Inspection of gun range by chief of police.

The chief of police or any representative of the chief of police shall be allowed upon any gun range at any time for purposes of inspection of the gun range facilities to determine that all of the provisions of this Code or the conditions imposed by the order of the council granting the gun range permit are being fully complied with.
