§ 17-58. Alcoholic beverage, intoxication, on gun range.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to possess on any gun range in the city any intoxicating beverage of any nature whatsoever, and it shall further be unlawful for any person to discharge any firearm on a gun range in the city while under the influence of any intoxicating beverage.

(b)

All operators of gun ranges licensed hereunder shall post signs setting out the provisions of subsection (a), above, in conspicuous places on the premises upon which the gun range is operated.
