§ 22-15. Hours of operation.

Allowable hours of operation shall conform with the extended hours of operation for consumption of alcoholic beverages as determined by the state alcoholic beverage commission in the code (section 105.06(c)). Hours of operation are between 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m., Monday through Saturday; and between 12:00 p.m. (noon) Sunday and 2:00 a.m. on Monday.
