§ 25-71. Definitions.

For the purpose of this article, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning:

City means the City of Grand Prairie, Texas.

Person means any natural person, corporation, partnership, joint venture, association (including homeowners or neighborhood associations), trust or any other entity recognized by law.
