§ 30-7. Rights reserved to city.

The city reserves the right to:
(1)

Exercise its governmental powers to the full extent that such powers may be vested in or granted to the city;

(2)

Adopt and promulgate chapters as it shall find reasonably necessary in the lawful exercise of its police power, including regulations relating to the city's control over its streets and public ways; and

(3)

Amend this chapter as well as enact other chapters and regulations affecting the cable system in accordance with federal or state law or the franchise.
