§ 30-8. Equal opportunity employment by grantee.

Equal opportunity in employment shall be afforded by grantees to all qualified persons. No person shall be discriminated against in employment by a grantee because of race, color, religion, national origin, age, disability or sex. A grantee shall establish, maintain and carry out a positive and continuing program of specific practices designed to assure equal opportunity to every aspect of cable system employment policy and practice. Compliance with the Federal Communications Commission's equal opportunity regulations will be deemed as compliance with this chapter.
