§ 6-5. Expulsion of violators of regulations.

Notwithstanding any penalty otherwise provided by law, any person who shall willfully or habitually fail to or refuse to comply with any of the rules and regulations herein contained shall be subject to removal from the airport property, and may be deprived of the use of same for such period of time as may be required in order to ensure the safeguarding of persons and property.
