§ 6-6. Authority and liability of airport director; liability of fixed-base operator.

  • (a)

    The airport director shall at all times have authority to take such action as may be necessary to safeguard the public in attendance at the airport.

    (b)

    The airport director may suspend or restrict any and all operations without regard to weather conditions, whenever such action is deemed necessary in the interest of safety, and for no other reason.

    (c)

    Neither the airport director nor any fixed-base operator shall be responsible for any damage to personal property, save and except that caused by such person's own wrongful or negligent acts, or the wrongful or negligent acts of such person's agents, servants or employees.
